In an attempt to woo the youth of West Bengal ahead of Assembly polls, the Bharatiya Janata Party on Thursday (April 16, 2026) promised job opportunities and better sports facilities for them, if the party is voted to power.

The State BJP leadership were joined by sporting icons Leander Paes and Vijender Singh who promised to prevent migration, provide jobs and improve sporting infrastructure in West Bengal.
