For those looking for a new home or an investment opportunity in real estate, The Hindu Property Expo 2026 brings together everything you need under one roof. The expo, which will be held on September 5 and 6 at Chennai Trade Centre, will bring together real estate developers, builders, property consultants, and financial institutions. The event is presented by Bank of Baroda. The two-day exhibition will feature over 200 projects from more than 45 leading developers.

The expo will showcase a diverse range of property options, including premium residences, plotted developments, commercial spaces, farmlands, and farmhouses. For those looking beyond conventional city homes, farmlands and farmhouse projects offer opportunities to explore second homes, weekend retreats, and long-term property investments.

Financial institutions offering home loan and property finance solutions will also be at the venue and will help visitors understand loan options, eligibility, documentation, and repayment structures. With developers, property consultants and financial experts available at the venue, visitors can compare projects, understand available options, evaluate investment opportunities and seek professional advice all at one location. The Hindu Property Expo 2026 will offer a comprehensive platform for homebuyers.

Mehul H. Doshi, president, CREDAI Chennai, will be the chief guest at the event.

The guests of honour will include Suman Voora, secretary, CREDAI Chennai, and Ravindra Rai M., chief general manager, Bank of Baroda.
