JD(S) leaders and workers staged a protest condemning the Congress party’s opposition to the legislation that promises reservation for women in the Parliament, in Shivamogga on Tuesday (April 21).
The party workers, under the leadership of Sharada Puryanaik, Shivamogga Rural MLA, staged a dharna at Shivappa Nayaka Circle and raised slogans against the Congress.
