BIE releases tentative timetable for Intermediate Public Exams- 2026

The Board of Intermediate Education (BIE), Andhra Pradesh, on Friday released a tentative timetable for the first and second year Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE)- 2026.

In a statement, BIE Secretary N. Bharat Gupta said students of Intermediate first year will write their exams from February 23, 2026 to March 24, 2026, while the final year students will write their examinations from February 24, 2026 to March 23, 2026.

Ethics and Human Values papers would be conducted on January 21, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Environmental Education exam on January 23, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., practical examinations from February 1, 2026 to February 10, 2026 for general courses and from January 27, 2026 to February 10,2026 for vocational courses in two sessions i.e. 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. every day (including Sundays).

Samagra Shiksha Vocational Trade Examination (MSQF Level-4) theory paper will be conducted on February 13, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Mr. Gupta clarified that the schedule was tentative and subject to change of dates depending on the declaration of public holidays during 2026 such as Holi, Ugadi, Ramadan etc. by the state government.

Any revision, if necessary, would be notified in due course, he said.
