Passengers and online forums rue lack of adequate platform shelter at Kabakaputtur Railway Station

Passengers and members of various online railway forums have rued the absence of basic amenities at Kabakaputtur Railway Station in Puttur, including adequate platform shelters, forcing passengers to endure rain and Sun.

When it rained heavily on Saturday, a large number of passengers waiting for Train No. 17378, Mangaluru Central-Vijayapura Express, ran for shelter, regretted Puttur-Subrahmanya Rail Users, an online forum of patrons from Puttur and Kukke Subrahmanya region.
