Mega job melas held under the aegis of SCCL

Around 4,611 candidates received appointment letters for different positions in various private companies at the mega job mela organised under the auspices of the Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) in Sattupalli town of Khammam district on Sunday. As many as 80 companies participated in the mega job fair, SCCL sources said.

A total of 14,318 job seekers turned up for the job mela. Khammam MP R. Raghuram Reddy inaugurated the job mela in the presence of Sattupalli MLA M. Ragamayee.

A job mela was also organised in the coal town of Bellampalli in Mancherial district on Sunday. Peddapalli MP Gaddam Vamsi Krishna and Bellampalli MLA Gaddam Vinod, SCCL Director (P&P) K Venkateshwarlu, among others were present. Appointment letters were handed over to around 3095 candidates for various positions in different companies. At Huzurnagar in Suryapet district, a mega job fair was held under the aegis of Minister for Irrigation N. Uttam Kumar Reddy. According to SCCL sources, it witnessed a huge turnout of job seekers. As many as 4500 candidates were selected and given job offers by various companies at the mega event.
