Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research held its graduation ceremony for students of undergraduate batch of 2019 and postgraduate batch of 2021 here on Saturday.
Director, IIT Hyderabad, B.S. Murty and Vice Chancellor, Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences Dr. P.V. Nanda Kumar Reddy conferred the MBBS and MD/MS Degree awards on the graduating students.
A total of 100 undergraduates and 34 postgraduates received their degrees. Among them, Dr. Anudeep Subba Rao and Dr. G. Navya Reddy from the department of Psychiatry secured 3rd and 5th university rank.
The Dr. Pratap C Reddy’s gold medal and Dr. K V R Prasad Memorial gold medal for the best outgoing undergraduate student was awarded to Afreen Begum. The Dr. Pratap C Reddy’s gold medal for the best outgoing postgraduate student was awarded to Dr. Anudeep Subba Rao.
Joint Managing Director, Apollo Hospitals Group, Dr. Sangita Reddy, Dean Dr. K. Manohar and chief operating officer Aparna Reddy were present.
