SCTIMST to hold annual convocation of 42nd batch

Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST) will hold the annual convocation of its 42nd batch of graduands on Saturday (May 16, 2026) at the Achutha Menon Centre for Health Science Studies auditorium, SCTIMST.

A total 130 senior residents and students will receive their degree/diploma during the convocation. The students are graduating after completing their DM, MCh, PhD, PDF, PDCC, MPH, Diploma and PG Diploma programmes.

Punya Salila Srivastava, Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, will be the chief guest, who will also deliver the convocation address.

Krishna Ella, chairman and managing director of Bharat Biotech International Limited will address the gathering. Dinesh Kumar Singh, distinguished scientist and director, Human Space Flight Centre (HSFC), will deliver the ninth G. Parthasarathi Oration on the occasion.
