Police have arrested two men for allegedly misbehaving with women walking on a street in Yelahanka.
The incident occurred on April 21 on Kogilu Main Road and was captured on the dashcam of a car travelling on the same road. In the video, the accused is seen riding pillion on a scooter with his accomplice riding the vehicle. The pillion rider misbehaved with two women who were walking in the opposite direction.
