Officials of the Airports Authority of India (AAI) said that as of 10.30 a.m., 93 flights are scheduled to be operated by IndiGo from Chennai airport on Saturday, and 48 flights have been cancelled. The cancelled flights included services to Guwahati, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Coimbatore, Bengaluru, Port Blair, Lucknow, Visakhapatnam, Kolkata, Patna, Kochi, and Thiruvananthapuram.

“An updated list of flights which will depart from the airport has been given by the airline to the CISF [Central Industrial Security Force] and AAI. Only passengers of those flights are allowed inside the terminal,” a source said.
