Dravidian University, in partnership with 1M1B (One Million for One Billion), successfully organised its inaugural Job Mela at the campus in Kuppam on Friday. The recruitment drive attracted final-year undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as local youth, offering them a chance to connect with top companies, including Tech Mahindra and DHL.
The event was officially inaugurated by MLC and Government Chief Whip Kancherla Srikanth, and coordinated by Vice-Chancellor Doraswamy along with university officials. Approximately 180 candidates were offered job opportunities during the Mela.
Mr. Srikanth emphasised that the initiative would enhance employability and foster stronger industry connections for students and the local community in the Kuppam region.
