Watch: Delhi to deny fuel to vehicles without valid PUC from December 18

Vehicles without a valid Pollution Under Control certificate will be barred from refuelling at petrol pumps in Delhi from December 18, the city government said. Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa said owners have been given a day to comply, as the government steps up action to curb air pollution.
