Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday (July 6, 2026) said the government is committed to ensuring that every needy and eligible person receives the benefits of welfare schemes and that every grievance is resolved effectively. Mr. Adityanath held Janata Darshan in Lucknow and met every petitioner who had come from different districts of the State and listened to their grievances.

“The government is committed to ensuring that every needy and eligible person receives the benefits of welfare schemes and that every grievance is resolved effectively,” said the U.P. CM, to petitioners who came to Janata Darshan.

The U.P. CM added that the needy people will be extended full financial assistance for the treatment of those suffering from serious illnesses. “Our government is working for the welfare of 25 crore people of the State, considering service to humanity as service to God,”. During the Janata Darshan, the Chief Minister personally went to the petitioners and listened to their grievances one by one. He accepted their applications and referred them to the concerned administrative and police officials for necessary action, directing that all grievances should be resolved in a time-bound, impartial and effective manner. The Chief Minister directed officials to deal with public grievances with sensitivity.

On complaints related to illegal encroachment, Mr. Adityanath directed the police that if any influential person is illegally occupying someone else’s land, strict action should be taken against them. “Justice in matters related to the Revenue and Police departments should be ensured within the stipulated time frame, and that the cases should be resolved with due attention to the satisfaction of the aggrieved person,” added the U.P. CM.
