A fire broke out in a multi-storey residential building in Red Hills,Hyderabad, on Monday (April 13, 2026). No casualties or injuries were reported. Fire fighters safely evacuated 23 residents.

The incident occurred at Sameena Manzil, located opposite Tin Shed Masjid in Nampally, a building comprising a ground floor, three upper floors and a penthouse. Preliminary investigation revealed that the fire originated in the drawing room of the third floor due to electrical short circuit.
