Telangana Government issued orders transferring few IAS officers on Friday (October 31, 2025). K. Ilambarithi, Secretary, Metropolitan Area & Urban Development, was transferred and posted as Transport Commissioner, relieving M. Raghunandan Rao from full additional charge (FAC) of the post. Mr. Ilambarithi was also given FAC as Secretary of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries department. 

An IAS officer of the 2004 batch, E. Sridhar, Secretary, BC Welfare department, was given FAC as Secretary, General Administration, consequent to the retirement of 1999 batch IAS officer Syed Ali Murtaza Rizvi. 

Anita Ramachandran, Secretary of the Women and Child Welfare Department, was given FAC as Secretary and Commissioner, Tribal Welfare Department. Director of Horticulture, Yasmeen Basha, was given FAC as Managing Director TG OILFED. 

Senior officer Sabyasachi Ghosh of 1994 batch, who was the Special Chief Secretary of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, was transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary of Implementation of Flagship Welfare & Development Schemes Unit. The government on Friday issued orders appointing Bodhan MLA P Sudershan Reddy as Advisor (Implementation of Flagship Welfare & Development Schemes) and said that the Unit will apprise the State Cabinet regularly on implementation of the schemes. 

Secretary of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Telangana Backward Classes Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, B. Saidulu (IFS of 2005 batch), was given FAC as Special Secretary, Implementation of Flagship Welfare & Development Schemes Unit.
