Prime Minister Narendra Modi has complimented the Andhra Pradesh government for the successful conduct of the ‘Super GST- Super Savings’ campaign across the State.

In a message on X after taking part in the ‘Super GST – Super Savings’ public meeting in Kurnool on Thursday, Mr. Modi said he was especially appreciating IT Minister Nara Lokesh for organising the campaign in A.P.

Through innovative competitions, the State government was able to deepen the understanding of GST among the youth, he observed.

Replying to Mr. Modi’s message, Mr. Lokesh said it was a true honour, and asserted that the campaign would play a pivotal role in deepening awareness about GST across all sections of society and enhancing compliance.

Combined with the landmark GST rationalisation reforms implemented last month, this initiative would further strengthen the tax ecosystem and broaden the nation’s revenue base, Mr. Lokesh said, thanking Mr. Modi for gracing the occasion.
