Power restrictions in Kerala due to government’s own negligence: Chennithala

Congress Working Committee member Ramesh Chennithala has alleged that the power restrictions being imposed on the people of Kerala during this extreme summer were caused by the State government’s own negligence.

He said that it is common knowledge that Kerala experiences intense summers in April and May, yet the Kerala State Electricity Board’s (KSEB) failure to put in place adequate arrangements for power supply during this period represents the height of irresponsibility.
