Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Thursday compared the Congress party with the Kauravas from the Mahabharata over the defeat of the Constitution (131st Amendment) Bill, which sought to make delimitation a prerequisite to implement the women’s reservation, in the Lok Sabha. 

Addressing a government event in Sagar district’s Nariavali, Mr. Yadav slammed the Opposition party by alleging that it had “thwarted” Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s plans to empower women.
