NLCIL inaugurates new facilities as part of Special Campaign 5.0

Three new facilities by NLC India Limited (NLCIL) aimed at community welfare were inaugurated on Saturday as part of the Special Campaign 5.0.

The facilities, including a renovated community hall at the Sivasubramania Swamy temple at Veluduyanpattu in Neyveli township, a renovated dining hall at Block 25 NLC Guest House and a Ladies Trainee Hostel, were inaugurated by NLCIL Chairman and Managing Director Prasanna Kumar Motupalli.

According to a press release, the community hall is equipped with improved amenities for the devotees and the public. An unused bank quarters in Block 12 of the township was converted into a ladies trainee hostel, with all infrastructural facilities and safety measures.

The hostel will provide accommodation for girls who undertake apprenticeship at the NLCIL and women working in the public sector undertaking. Samir Swarup, Director (Human Resources) participated.
