Telugu Desam Party MLA Bonela Vijaya Chandra on Tuesday asked revenue officials to allocate litigation and dispute -free land for the construction of the TDP office in Parvatipuram.

Speaking to the media, he alleged that the revenue officials had not verified the one acre of land for TDP office at Sundar Narayana Murthy Colony of Parvatipuram before allocating it. He said the foundation ceremony planned on Monday was postponed as the land was stuck in a court dispute. Mr. Vijaya Chandra said it is the dream of every TDP leader and activist to have an exclusive party office in Parvatipuram, which is part of the Araku Parliamentary segment. “The casual attitude of the Revenue Department officials in Parvatipuram-Manyam district has led to the postponement of the foundation ceremony of the party office,” said Mr. Vijaya Chandra.
