The Karnataka Valves Manufacturers’ Association (KVMA) will be organising the second edition of industrial exhibition “VALVX-2026” at the Hubballi-Dharwad Multipurpose Exhibition Centre at the APMC yard (Amargol) in Hubballi from February 18 to 21.

Addressing reporters here on Saturday, the president of KVMA, S.K. Awati said that the event was aimed at creating a triangular networking platform connecting manufacturers, suppliers, and sector-specific customers.

Chairman of the event Ramesh Patil said that visitors and delegates were expected from across India as well as overseas, including Saudi Arabia and Qatar. A technical conference, vendor development programmes, and B2B meetings would be conducted alongside the exhibition, he added.

There would be three dimensions in the exhibition, including the valve exhibition, conference, and vendor meet, he said.

Public sector undertakings such as NPCIL, NTPC, JSW, and EIL will participate as delegates. Representatives of more than 50 sugar industries are also expected to take part in the exhibition. Steel plants and mining industries from the Hospet, Koppal, and Ballari regions will visit for the vendor development programme. West Coast Paper Mill and Grasim Industries have also been invited to the exhibition.

The event will be inaugurated by Minister of State for MSME Shobha Karandlaje and Union Minister Pralhad Joshi at 4 p.m.

Advisory board member and executive council member of the association Nagaraj Tivate, CEO of the association RagunandanMatkar, executive council member Hema Bentur, and others were present.
