J&K Police file charge sheet against 10 accused part of ‘doctors’ terror module’

The Jammu and Kashmir Police’s special cell, the State Investigation Agency (SIA), on Thursday (April 16, 2026) filed a chargesheet against 10 accused who were part of the “doctors’ terror module” in Srinagar.

According to the police, among the 10 accused were five doctors, including Umar Un Nabi, a resident of Pulwama’s Koil, who was killed in the Red Fort suicide attack on November 10 last year. The arrested also include a doctor, Shaheen Saeed, from Lalbagh, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
