While Gen Z and Gen Alpha are often blamed for their lack of patience, playing to their strengths could provide them with a purpose to pursue their careers and objectives, speakers at a panel discussion said on Tuesday.

The discussion was part of Future Career Conversations series organised jointly by the SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) and The Hindu under the title The Future Reimagined – Discover, Decide, Define Your Career.
