A techie, Cherukuri Chandrashekar (53), and his vehicle driver, Elamanchili Jagadish (32), died on the spot in a road accident near Anasagaram village in NTR district. One more person suffered injuries in the mishap.

The accident occurred when a cement-laden lorry hit the car in which Chandrashekar was coming to Vijayawada from Hyderabad on Friday (November 28, 2025).

A native of Vijayawada, Chandrashekar was running a software company in Hyderabad, said the Nandigama town police, who are investigating the case.

In a separate road accident, two persons — N. Narasimhulu (45) and P. Daniel (22), died on the spot when their bike lost control and hit the road divider on Neppalli road under Kankipadu police station limits in Krishna district in the very early hours of the morning on Saturday (November 29, 2025).

The victims were natives of Vuyyur and Komatikunta Lakulu villages, said Kankipadu Circle Inspector (CI), J. Muralikrishna, who visited the spot.
