A 38-year-old driver succumbed 10 days after he attempted to end his life by consuming a pesticide in Shamshabad allegedly due to financial distress.
The deceased, identified as Sabavatha Shanker, was a driver and resident of RB Nagar in Shamshabad. His wife, Sabavath Dholi, lodged a complaint on Friday, April 17, stating that her husband had taken the extreme step after being unable to cope with mounting debts.
