According to a press release, the organising committee has finalised the schedule, which features a unique language-based itinerary and a roster of distinguished speakers, including Union Ministers, corporate leaders, and cultural icons. The committee meeting, held in Auroville recently, was attended by officials from Puducherry and Gujarat who discussed the preparations.

Jayanthi S. Ravi, Additional Chief Secretary of the Government of Gujarat, Secretary of the Auroville Foundation, senior officials and secretaries from the Puducherry administration attended the meeting.

To highlight diverse literary traditions, the festival agenda has been curated by language with sessions dedicated to Sanskrit on December 15 and 16; Focus on Tamil and French literature on December 17 and 18; and sessions in English from December 19 to 21. The festival promises a mix of corporate insight, literary depth, and cultural performance.
