The option to apply for affordable flats under Telangana government’s Indiramma Houses scheme in Hyderabad (Core Urban Region) is active on the MeeSeva portal from Tuesday (July 21, 2026). The deadline to apply is August 10.

The scheme in the Hyderabad region was launched on Monday (July 20, 2026). The estimated cost for construction of each of the flats — each spread over a built up area of 528 square feet (sft), with carpet area of 400 sft — is ₹11 lakh. While the government would provide a subsidy of ₹5 lakh, the beneficiary has to contribute (tentatively) ₹6 lakh excluding the subsidy. People with household income up to ₹6 lakh can apply for the houses.

Where to apply?

People can apply for the house through MeeSeva Centres, its portal (https://meeseva.telangana.gov.in/meeseva/home.htm) or its services over WhatsApp number 8096958096.

How to navigate on MeeSeva portal?

People have to register on the MeeSeva portal. After logging in, applicants have to click on the ‘Others’ section. Thereafter, upon clicking the ‘TSHB’ tab, applicants will see three options including ‘Indiramma Indlu CURE Area’ and ‘LIG Flats Application Form’. It was learnt that a tab to apply for the houses would be provided on the MeeSeva website’s homepage too. Aadhaar card is needed to apply for the scheme.
