The Greater Hyderabad City secretary of ABVP, Prithvi Teja, has demanded a thorough and impartial inquiry into the suspicious death of Sahastranshu Pandey, an LLB student at NALSAR University.

In a statement here, he said the death looks suspicious as the body was moved without registering a formal case, and the university declared an unprecedented 12-day holiday, raising many questions about transparency and accountability.

A case must be registered, treating the death as suspicious, and a full, transparent investigation should be conducted immediately, he said.
