IT and HRD Minister Nara Lokesh has been sworn in as the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) national working president, along with 252 members of the party’s national and State committees, including Union Minister K. Ram Mohan Naidu as one of three national general secretaries, by TDP national president and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday (April 29, 2026).

Mr. Naidu also swore in members of the new Politburo, and the national and State committees at the ceremony. The Politburo has 29 members, the national committee 31 and the State committee 185.
