Citizens, NGOs step in to quench the thirst of urban animals

The soaring temperature in the city is not just leaving humans troubled. Urban animals have been left to fend for themselves to escape the heat and quench their thirst.

Animal welfare activists in the city have taken initiatives to ensure stray animals have access to water and are raising awareness about it as well. Many NGOs are working to ensure this and water bowls can already be seen across the city.
