The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) on Wednesday launched MyCURE App, replacing the earlier MyGHMC application and bringing all civic grievance services under a single, unified digital platform for city residents.

The upgraded application is aimed at streamlining civic service delivery and strengthening grievance redressal by offering improved usability, real-time tracking of complaints and enhanced monitoring mechanisms. The move is intended to ensure faster resolution of issues while improving transparency and accountability within municipal administration, as per a release.

Developed in line with urban governance reforms under the CURE framework, the MyCURE app focuses on responsive service delivery and digital efficiency. Residents can lodge complaints related to sanitation, street lighting, roads, drainage, town planning and other civic issues, and track the progress of their grievances in real time through the platform.

The GHMC officials said the application strengthens backend monitoring by integrating field-level workflows with supervisory oversight, helping reduce response times and improve coordination among departments. The civic body said MyCURE eliminates the need for citizens to rely on multiple applications or make physical visits to municipal offices to register or follow up on complaints.
