Mr Vijayendra said that Mudnal was a politician of rare quality. His public concern was immense. The medical college was established in Yadgir because of his political willpower and vision. He never hesitated in speaking truth to anybody’s face.

He recalled Mudnal’s loyalty towards the former Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa and also for the BJP.

He said that he strengthened the party in the region and also was blessed by the people. “I would advise Mudnal’s son Mahesh Reddy to follow in his father’s footsteps for a bright political future,” he added.
