Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday visited Adichunchanagiri Mutt’s branch in Varanasi and met mutt’s head Nirmalanandanatha Swamiji. It is a practice that Adichunchanagiri Mutt’s head visits the mutt’s Varanasi branch after Navarathri celebrations to offer puja at Vishwanatha temple in the city, according to the Mutt authorities. Both the Adichunchanagiri Mutt and Gorakhnath Mutt, headed by Yogi Adityanath, are linked by Nath Panth.
