The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), on behalf of the Lord Venkateswara temple at Tirumala, has presented ‘silk vastram’ to the Srikalahastheeswara temple in Srikalahasti, where the Mahasivaratri Brahmotsavams are under way.

TTD’s Additional Executive Officer Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary offered the vastrams to the Srikalahasti temple priests. The presiding deities would be adorned with the vastrams during the rituals.

Mr. Chowdary’s religious entourage was received at the Srikalahasti temple by the priests led by the temple’s Executive Officer T. Bapi Reddy, Srikalahasti MLA Bojjala Venkata Sudheer Reddy and BJP State secretary Kola Anand.

The TTD delegation offered prayers to the presiding deities of Vayulingeswara and Goddess Gnana Prasunambika.
