Traffic diversions in place for Telugu film industry federation meeting at Yousufguda

The Hyderabad Traffic Police have announced diversions and traffic restrictions in view of a large public meeting organised by the Telugu Film Industry Employees Federation and its 24 associated bodies at the Kotla Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy Indoor Stadium, Yousufguda, on October 28.

Moderate traffic congestion is anticipated in and around the stadium from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. To ensure smooth movement and public convenience, the police have advised commuters to avoid the Yousufguda area and take alternate routes.

Traffic from Maitrivanam Junction towards Yousufguda Basti, Rahmathnagar, Karmikanagar, and Borabanda Bus Stop will be diverted at Yousufguda Basti towards Krishnakanth Park, GTS Temple, Kalyan Nagar, Mothinagar, and Borabanda Bus Stop.

Traffic from Maitrivanam Junction heading to Jubilee Hills Checkpost via Yousufguda Checkpost and Madhapur will be diverted at Yousufguda Basti towards RBI Quarters, Krishna Nagar Junction, and Jubilee Hills Checkpost. Vehicles from Jubilee Hills Checkpost and Venkatagiri heading to the stadium will be diverted at Krishna Nagar Junction towards Srinagar Colony and Panjagutta. Those travelling from Borabanda Bus Stop towards Karmikanagar, Rahmathnagar, and Yousufguda Checkpost will be diverted at Prime Garden Function Hall towards Midland Bakery, GTS Colony, Kalyan Nagar Junction, Vengal Rao Nagar, Umesh Chandra Statue U-turn, ICICI U-turn, and Maitrivanam Junction.

Designated parking spaces for attendees include Metro Parking (Janakamma Thota 1 and 2) and Savera and Mahamood Function Halls for four-wheelers.

Citizens have been requested to plan their travel accordingly and cooperate with the Hyderabad Traffic Police to minimise inconvenience.
