Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay with MDMK leader Durai Vaiko

MDMK principal secretary and Tiruchi Lok Sabha Member Durai Vaiko on Thursday evening met Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay at his residence in Chennai.

According to Mr. Durai Vaiko, he had presented a list of 12 demands on various subjects including agriculture,, infrastructure development and other issues pertaining to his Tiruchi Lok Sabha constituency.

The demands include creation of a separate division for TNSTC headquartered at Tiruchi bifurcating the TNSTC Kumbakonam division, metro rail project for Tiruchi, development of Manapparai SIPCOT and expansion of Tiruchi Airport runway.
