The Hindu is set to host the first-ever edition of the South India Property Expo 2025 in Singapore on October 11 and 12 at the Marina Bay Sands. The two-day event will showcase a curated selection of premium real estate opportunities across South India, connecting developers with buyers, investors, and members of the Indian diaspora.

The expo aims to bring together top developers, luxury property brands, and industry experts under one roof, providing visitors with a comprehensive overview of residential, commercial, and investment opportunities in India’s rapidly growing southern markets — including Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Kerala.

The event will feature exclusive projects, investment-ready properties, legal and financial consultation zones, and attractive expo-only offers, making it a one-stop destination for prospective homeowners, seasoned investors, and those seeking to reconnect with their roots in South India. Expert sessions on NRI investment norms, documentation, and property trends will further enhance the visitor experience.

The inauguration ceremony will take place on October 11 at 10.15 a.m, bringing together key dignitaries, industry leaders, and business luminaries to mark this significant milestone in The Hindu’s property events portfolio. A. Mohamed Ali, president of CREDAI Chennai, will be the chief guest.
