The Hindu FIC, in association with Andhra Hospitals, will organise an awareness programme on heart health at Heart and Brain Institute of Andhra Hospitals, in Vijayawada on September 29, marking World Heart Day.

The initiative aims to educate the people on the importance of maintaining a healthy heart through lifestyle choices, timely diagnosis, and preventive care. The programme will feature interactive sessions with leading cardiologists, health talks on the risk factors for heart disease and emergency response.

Participants will also gain insights into the latest advancements in cardiac care and the role of regular check-ups in preventing heart ailments.
