Telangana Housing Board earns ₹140 crore from e-auction of land parcels in Future City

Telangana Housing Board generated revenue of ₹140 crore through e-auction of four land parcels measuring between 1,000 square yards to 13,500 square yards in Raviryal of Maheshwaram Mandal, Rangareddy district on Thursday (May 28, 2026). The plots are located in Future City, near Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad. 

The maximum bid was ₹83,500, said the Board’s Vice Chairman V.P. Gautham. Altogether, 17 companies participated in the auction.

A land parcel measuring 1,113 square yards attracted a bid of ₹83,500 per square yard. Another plot spread over nearly 6,000 square yards was sold for ₹62,500 per square yard. On Friday, e-auction would be held for four plots in KPHB colony and Quthbullapur.
