Senior Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leaders on Sunday (May 31, 2026) levelled a series of allegations against YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leader and former Vinukonda MLA Bolla Brahmanaidu during a media interaction at the residence of TDP national vice-president and Sattenapalli MLA Kanna Lakshminarayana in Guntur.

The interaction took place after a dinner meeting attended by public representatives from Palnadu district to discuss local development and public issues. Among those present were Energy Minister and Palnadu district in-charge Minister Gottipati Ravi Kumar, Government Chief Whip G. V. Anjaneyulu, Narasaraopet MP Lavu Sri Krishna Devarayalu, Palnadu district TDP president Shaik Jani Saida, MLAs Prattipati Pulla Rao, Yarapathineni Srinivasa Rao, Chadalavada Aravinda Babu, Julakanti Brahmananda Reddy and Bhashyam Praveen.

Addressing the media, Mr. Anjaneyulu said the dinner meeting was organised in response to TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh’s call to resolve public issues through coordination among elected representatives. He said district-level issues would be taken up with the in-charge minister for speedy resolution.

Narasaraopet MP Lavu Sri Krishna Devarayalu alleged that several complaints over land transactions involving Mr. Brahmanaidu had surfaced. He referred to complaints reportedly raised by a retired serviceman, a Scheduled Caste landowner from Jalalpuram and others. He also questioned Mr. Brahmanaidu’s role in certain business dealings and alleged the use of forged documents in land matters.

The TDP leaders urged the authorities to investigate the complaints thoroughly and take action in accordance with the law. There was no immediate response from Mr. Brahmanaidu on the allegations.
