Members of the Talwar community staged a massive protest in the city on Monday saying there is delay in the issuance of Scheduled Tribes (STs) caste certificates.
The agitators under the banner of the Karnataka Rajya Talwar Samaj took out a march from Jagat Circle to the Deputy Commissioner’s office raising slogans against the State government and district authorities.
