Calcutta HC has requested to pool in retired judicial officers of Odisha and Jharkhand for SIR: CJI Kant

CJI Surya Kant says Chief Justice of Calcutta HC has requested to pool in retired judicial officers of Odisha and Jharkhand for SIR process. 

The EC says it is publishing a list on February 28. There is no time limit for publishing supplementary lists till date of nomination for elections. 

The SC says purity of elections have to be maintained. Concerns of both sides have to be addressed.
