Andhra Pradesh State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (APSCPCR) chairperson Vetukuri A.V.S. Suryanarayana Raju and member V. Gandhi Babu visited the minor girl, who was allegedly sexually abused by a pastor, on Monday (May 11, 2026). They enquired with the doctors about the girl’s condition and assured the family of full support and protection from the government. Women Development and Child Welfare Department Joint Director Sujatha Rani, Eluru District Project Director Sarada, District Child Protection Officer Ch. Surya Chakraveni, and other officials accompanied the Commission.
