Schools in Ernakulam shine in CBSE Class X exams

Schools under the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in Ernakulam district fared well in Class 10 examinations, the results of which were declared on Wednesday.

Most of the schools recorded 100% pass rate. The results in the order of name of the school and the number of students who excelled in the exams (as per the information provided by the managements) include: Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir, Elamakkara (205 distinctions); Bhavan’s Adarsha Vidyalaya, Kakkanad (196 distinctions); Bhavan’s Varuna Vidyalaya, Thrikkakara (74 distinctions); Bhavan’s Munshi Vidyashram, Thiruvankulam (112 distinctions); Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir, Girinagar (143 distinctions); Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir, Eroor (170 distinctions); and Bhavan’s Newsprint Vidyalaya, Velloor (95 distinctions); Vidyodaya School, Thevakkal (139 distinctions); Global Public School, Thiruvaniyoor (92 distinctions); Toc H Public School, Vyttila (182 distinctions); Assisi Vidyaniketan Public School, Chembumukku, Kakkanad (195 distinctions); Campion Public School, Edappally (128 distinctions); Infant Jesus Public School, North Paravur (36 distinctions); SBOA Public School, Ernakulam (63 distinctions); Chavara Darsan Public School, Koonamavu (100 distinctions); Sacred Heart Public School, Thevara (146 distinctions); Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Vaduthala (145 distinctions); Sanskara School (82% students secured distinctions); Rajagiri Public School, Kalamassery (112 students secured 91% and above); Rajagiri Christu Jayanthi Public School, Kakkanad (145 students secured 90% and above); Naipunnya Public School, Thrikkakara (more than 90% marks for 164 students); Chinmaya Public School, Thripunithura (138 students secured 75% and above); Kendriya Vidyalaya, NAD (36 students secured 90% and above); and Alangad Jama-ath Public School (14 students scored 95% above).
