
Health minister U T Khader launches ‘Eat Right’ campaign and a QR Code released for people to report grievances regarding unhygienic food or kitchen conditions in hotels, restaurants, fast food joints etc., in Bengaluru on Monday

Karnataka on Monday launched a QR code-based complaint management system for citizens to report drug and food safety violations.
Health Minister U.T. Khader, who launched it, said reports flagged on violations will be followed up by officials. He said a toll-free number and a dedicated call centre would also be set up soon. He also launched an “Eat Right” campaign to promote healthy eating habits among citizens.
