Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said in a social media post that the Bank of Baroda report which placed Andhra Pradesh (AP) ahead of all other States in attracting investments was welcome news and it gave the State a strong start to the New Year.

He observed that the State’s top rank reflected the impact of the government’s forward-looking policy reforms, particularly the Speed of Doing Business initiatives, including the introduction of an escrow account for timely and transparent incentive distribution, as well as the introduction of clear, sector-specific policies.
