The Ministry of Railways has decided to provide 3% discount on the purchase of unreserved tickets through ‘RailOne App’ by utilising all digital payment platforms from January 14 to July 14, 2026. However, the existing system of giving 3% cash back continues for the purchase of unreserved tickets through R-Wallet.

RailOne App is a comprehensive, all-in-one application with a user-friendly interface available for download on Android PlayStore and IOS App Store. It integrates all the passenger services such as unreserved, platform tickets, reserved tickets, live train tracking, grievance redressal and e-catering etc, said a press release.
