Nandyal MP Byreddy Shabari has asserted that the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Sri Bharamaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy temple in Nandyal district will help development of Rayalaseema region in a big way.

Speaking here on Monday (October 13, 2025), the Deputy Floor Leader in Lok Sabha and TDP MP Ms. Shabari said it was a welcome step that the Prime Minister is visiting the State’s second biggest and prominent temple, Srisailam.

“The visit of Mr. Narendra Modi to Srisailam, which is one of the Dwadasa Jyothirlinga temple and Astadasa Shakti Peetam will help development of the region,” she said.

Ms. Shabari said the PM will address a massive public meeting at Nannur in Orvakal mandal of Nandyal district after offering prayers at Srisailam. “Mr. Narendra Modi will speak about the benefits of GST reforms and also his government plans for the comprehensive development of Rayalaseema and Nandyal district in the public meeting,” she said.

Ms. Shabari said three lakh people are likely to attend the public meeting and called upon the leaders and activists of TDP, BJP and Jana Sena Party from Rayalaseema and particularly the undivided Kurnool district to make success the meeting.
