Two weeks since the start of online registration for Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) 2026, over 1.76 lakh candidates have registered at the portal.

A press release stated that over 1.02 lakh among them have completed payment, while 62,863 of them have uploaded their certificates on the portal.

The TNEA 2026 kicked off on May 3 with the opening of the registration portals for receiving submissions from candidates. The URLs for the portals are www.tneaonline.org and www.dte.tn.gov.in. The last date for registration of online applications is June 2. Candidates who have registered and completed payment before the due date will be able to upload their documents till June 6.

The TNEA authorities will verify the uploaded certificates between June 8 and June 20. The rank list will be published on June 29. The next five days have been earmarked for grievance redressal. The counselling dates are yet to be announced.
