The District Magistrate (DM) of Gautam Buddha Nagar Medha Roopam on Wednesday (April 15, 2026) warned outsourcing agencies, the third-party staff providers for many industrial units in Noida, of strict action if workers hired through the them indulge in “unruly behaviour”. In such cases, she said the agencies will be blacklisted and their license will be cancelled.

“Outsourcing agency acts as a critical link between industrial units and workers. If the workers hired by the outsourcing agency indulge in unruly behavior, the agency will also be blacklisted and its license will be terminated,” the DM said in a video statement.
